SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95.
Where do you ship to?
- Currently EENAstudio only ships to the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. However, if you are still wanting to place an order, please email enquiries@eenastudio.co.uk incase an international delivery is possible. Please note all import duties, taxes & additional shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer.
Do you offer click & collect?
- Yes this will be possible. Please email the studio to place your order. There will be no shipping fee incurred.
How long does a delivery take?
- Once processed, a delivery will take between 5-7 working days.
I've not received a confirmation email of my order?
- Please check your spam & junk email folders incase it's ended up there. If you still do not see any info, please contact the studio at enquiries@eenastudio.co.uk
How can I place a refund?
- Refunds must be placed within 14 days of receiving. Please contact the studio and follow the refund policy. All items must be unused and in the original unopened packaging. Skincare items cannot be returned which includes bath salts, body scrubs, oils, facial steams and soap slices.

Where are your products sourced?
- Sourcing takes weeks and months and no stone is left unturned here to ensure the most complementing capsules are crafted. Sourcing mostly from UK artisans, sometimes branching out to Europe for more study ceramics & homewares. To get the best raw materials, some items originate from the Far East, working only with artisans that follow the same values and ethos as EENAstudio.
How long has EENAstudio been in the works?
- EENAstudio was created in 2022 and started off as a weekly Saturday pop-up in the heart of Sevenoaks. Expanding out to a permanent home in Etoile Womenswear, the studio captured attention for being truly unique and bringing artisanal homewares to the forefront of local interiors. The website has been long in the making, launching officially in Summer 2024.
Can you source / create bespoke products?
- Yes! Working closely with the archive of artisans at EENAstudio, it is possible to create bespoke pieces for your home. If there is a piece you find but it's not quite fitting the bill, reach out to EENAstudio to get working on a more personalised shopping experience. From start to finish, you will be involved in the process ensuring the final pieces are exactly what you were looking for.
